It is hard to talk about the apartments without first introducing you to the building and surrounding area. If you like a feeling of space, natural light, pleasant outlooks, and options for coziness, you won't be disappointed.

The site is one of the nicest Spokane Valley has to offer, with many of the units looking out onto Mt. Spokane, Browns Mountain, Mica Peak, or a children's playground.

118 apartments is a mid-sized retirement community. It is large enough for you to find like-minded folks, but still have the feeling of a home rather than a hotel. Instead of studios, we built smaller one-bedroom units, which are comparable in price to studio/alcove units elsewhere in the Valley. We also have standard and deluxe one and two bedroom units with nine floor plans in all.

Three elevators make getting around pretty easy regardless of where you live in the building. One of the elevators is located just across from the garages!
